years across graphics, prepress, and digital production
Designed for what happens next
Dielines, substrates, print limitations, color, file construction, revisions, approvals, and final handoffs are considered from the beginning—not discovered after the artwork reaches production.
What EXTN handles
Focused where production experience matters most. Flexible enough to support the broader creative work around it.
Corrugated packaging, production artwork, adaptations, revisions, prepress preparation, quality control, approvals, and final production-ready files.
Brand identities, logos, apparel graphics, print collateral, and the supporting creative work your business needs to stay consistent.
Flexible project support, dependable overflow help, or recurring production work—without the overhead and delay of adding another full-time employee.
Clear scope: EXTN provides graphic design, production artwork, prepress preparation, and workflow support. Structural design, printing, platemaking, and physical manufacturing are not currently provided.
A clear path from request to delivery
Every project follows a documented workflow, so requests, artwork, feedback, approvals, and final files don’t disappear across scattered emails and disconnected folders.
Share the project, specifications, reference files, and timing in one organized place.
Questions are resolved and the path forward is confirmed before production begins.
Work is created or revised with its intended process and final use in mind.
Artwork passes through an internal check before it reaches you for review.
View the proof, request changes, or approve through a documented process.
Approved artwork is finalized, organized, and delivered for production use.
The system behind the service
EXTN projects are supported by GraphicsFlow, a purpose-built workflow connecting the first request to artwork, quality control, approval, delivery, and completion.
The platform stays behind the scenes. The clarity shows up in every project.
Customer LoginWhen EXTN fits
Experienced capacity changes more than the size of the queue. It gives production teams a dependable way forward.
Your graphics department has more work than it can reliably absorb.
You lost internal production experience and are not ready to add a full-time position.
Revisions, approvals, and final files are becoming difficult to track.
Production spends too much time correcting incoming artwork.
You need someone who understands packaging and print—not only visual design.
Recurring artwork pulls your core team away from higher-priority work.
Work built for real use
A selection of packaging graphics, brand identity, and apparel work created with production requirements in mind. Each project reflects practical execution, clear hierarchy, and files prepared for real-world use.

Why EXTN exists
EXTN Graphics was founded by Richie Gray, a Senior Graphic Designer and Digital Pre-Production Artist with more than 20 years of experience across corrugated packaging, prepress, digital printing, branding, apparel, and print design.
After approximately 12 years supporting packaging production inside a corrugated packaging manufacturer, his position was eliminated as the work moved to outsourcing. EXTN was built around what companies actually need from an outside graphics partner: production knowledge, responsive communication, direct accountability, and a process they can trust.
“This isn’t outsourcing designed around distance or volume. It’s experienced graphics support designed to work as an extension of your team.”
